Monkeys to Mars
The universe is just too big that it continuously challenges our curiosity and feeds our imagination. There are too many entities other than the Earth in space that human beings, in some way, almost feel responsible to search them. The government has supported and still continues to support explorations to the moon and Mars, for scientists to try to make sense what is outside of our planet. And they are very successful in finding out some facts. Just take for example, that life once existed in Mars. Plants and water once were there. Explorations are so important that we study their discoveries in school. Some universities even offer courses that allow you to travel in outer space.
Do you know why scientists were so interested in Mars? This is because of the fact that life was once possible in Mars. What makes it so important is the possibility that we are not the only creatures in this whole universe. In other words, there may be other extraordinary creatures there, who may be one of us. Also, when life in the Earth is already too hard to sustain in the future, some of us may live there. All of these possibilities and imaginations are encouraged by Cryptologic. However, it offers more interesting possibilities like monkeys going to Mars, instead of humans.
Cryptologic released a game called Monkeys to Mars, a 5-reel, 25-payline video slot. All of the graphics remind Mars exploration – Yellow Crystal, Purple Crystal, Launch Button, Multi-eyed Alien, Transmitter Device, Lady Monkey-naut, Rocket-powered Boots, Laser Weapon, Air Tank, Captain Monkey-naut, Space Map and Monkeys to Mars logo. The wild symbol is the Launch Button, which is able to replace any symbol except the scatter symbol. This symbol appears on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5 only. The scatter symbol is the Multi-eyed Alien, which appears on reels 2, 3 and 4 only. Getting three or more of this symbol activates the Asteroid Bonus Feature. In this round, the player is given 5 weapons. The asteroids and aliens must be shot to get more money. Getting three or more Purple Crystals activates another bonus game called the Rocket Re-spin Feature. The Purple Crystals will turn to Launch Button Wild Symbols. The reels will then re-spin, in which winning combinations may be created.
The maximum number of coins per game is 25, with the coin size ranging from $0.01 to $20. Thus, the minimum amount the player can bet per spin is $0.01 and the maximum amount is $500. The top jackpot is 2,000 coins, which can be won by getting 5 Monkeys to Mars Logo. The second jackpot is worth 1,000 coins, which is paid out whenever the player gets 5 Captain Monkey-naut figures. The third jackpot is 400 coins, which is awarded by getting 5 Lady Monkey-naut or 5 Rocket-powered boots.
Have a blast while exploring the planet Mars! Involve yourself in a wild adventure of fighting aliens and destroying asteroids. Who could have thought that science is this much fun?
