New CEO of PAF

Ålands Penningautomatförening (Paf), which provides online gaming services from Åland, a sovereign area of Finland, has assigned a new CEO to replace the present incumbent Lars Porko, who is going to resign on May 1st 2009, but is going to be providing service in a consultant capability until December 2009.
The new beneficiary is Anders Ingves, the previous CEO of cruise and shipping company Birka Line in the area. Ingves has as well had administrative knowledge with the Åland’s Tourism Board, the Stockholm advertising company Morgondagen, Posten Åland AB and was once a DCE of Ålandsbanken.
Ingves stated on his new accountabilities, “First of all, it is a very appealing company with a lot of stimulating minds; Paf feels young and has had a quick expansion. Secondly, Paf works in an exciting part of the entertainment business. I see great possibilities for development for the company, even if it is going to be difficult to take on Lars Porko’s responsibility.
