Bodog.com is an online gambling portal that offers online casino services and online sports and poker betting, the Morris Mohawk Gaming Group operates it.Bodog.com has recently decided to change the domain name to Bodog.eu.Management of Bodog.com revealed that this change is a part of their international expansion program.
Chief Executive Officer for Morris Mohawk, Alwyn Morris has stated, "we feel this more global domain will appeal more directly to the new markets we plan to enter." Morris further explained that Bodog.eu would look at certain parts of the Asian online gambling market in which the Asian franchisee Bodog88.com was not interested.
This changing timer of domain has been coincided with the Blue Monday activities of the US Department of Justice and Black Friday. On Black Friday, three biggest online poker domains were detained and on Blue Monday ten other online gambling domain were detained.
