
Recently, a man was found smoked marijuana inside the Argosy Casino. When police authority was about to arrest him, he tried to avoid arrest by swimming away. At last, police arrested this man at General Motors Fairfax factory across the Missouri River. The suspect then again tried to run away, ultimately forced the Missouri Highway Patrol's Gaming Division to ask police backup.
The man then jumped in to the near by stream and started swimming in the direction of the Missouri River. Police authorities commented, "As the river flow was very strong, so the situation suddenly became a rescue operation. Firefighters and Riverside police officers then arrived at the site."
One witness clear saw how the suspect was swimming to a sandbar. Initially, rescue workers were unable to catch him. Suspect was trying to swam away so as to avoid arrest. However, still police officers successfully arrested the man at a plant across the river.
