This year in the month of March, Bwin Interactive Entertainment has been merged with Party Gaming. The company has revealed that by working with integration of two companies would proceed as planned, while union synergies would lead to approximately €40 million for next year. For the year 2013, the company has predicted to earn approximately €65 million. The company has already purchased 14 million shares, by an average price of £1.26 in one share. Bwin.party has also expressed its strong position in the gambling market of Denmark, Germany and has also expected to achieve good position in US markets.
