New Jersey Senator Introduced New Bill for Implementation of Legalized Intrastate Gambling

 In the last year, New Jersey State had missed out to become the first state in America to implement the legalization of online gambling. This is because; New Jersey Governor had rejected the bill that was passed by State Assembly in co-ordination of state Senate. However, one of the initiatives of last year as Senator Lesniak has intended to take advantage from DoJ’s policy changes on online gambling.
From Justice Department, federal Government have made clear that implementation of online gambling in intrastate will not violate gambling laws. In August of 2011, Lesniak had introduced a new bill, addressing concerns of Governor of New Jersey. This new bill has incorporated fines of $1,000 for one player per day for everyone conducting the operations of online gambling. In addition, bill also has included fine of $10,000, in case of advertisement of such illegal gambling operations.
