
This February, in spite of an additional day, regular report has revealed that revenues generated from the casino of Atlantic City has again reduced to 5.9% and hence, goes down to approximately $243 million. In fact, this February, operators of Atlantic City casino have expected huge growth because of an additional day, long weekend of President’s Day and pleasant winter weather.
However, they have suffered huge decrease in the revenue, despite of all favorable conditions as compared to the last year. This Friday, DGE (Division of Gaming Enforcement) has highlighted that casino of Atlantic City has suffered 4% decrease in the winning of slot games to $176 million (approx.) and 10% decrease in revenue of table games to $67million approximately. The reports have further highlighted that last month, 8 among the total 11 casinos of Atlantic City have suffered huge decline in their gambling revenues as compared to previous year.
