Barney´s bill continues to get more supporters

HR2267, the Internet Gambling Regulation Consumer Protection & Enforcement Act started up in May in 2009 by Massachusetts Democrat Barney Franks, might have been postponed until September by the excessive work in Congress, but that hasn’t discouraged another 5 Congressmen registering as co-sponsors this week, delivering the sum up to now to 40.
The most recent politicians to contribute their bipartisan advocate to the bill, which aims to control and license online gambling in the United States, are Rep. Neil Abercrombie of Hawaii, Rep. Earl Blumenauer of Oregon, Rep. Bill Foster of Illinois, Rep. Tim Ryan of Ohio and Rep. Jerrold Nadler of New York.
