Delaware sportsbetting conclusion

The leading professional sports leagues and the NCAA are obviously unsatisfied with Judge Gregory Sleet’s latest conclusion not to give a ban against Delaware’s execution of legislation authorizing sportsbetting lottery activity in the state.
The leagues had hoped to end the state of Delaware in its tracks pending an entire trial on the matter now scheduled for December 7th, but the judge gave apparent grounds why this would not be agreed.
Few days after the judge’s verdict, legal representatives for the professional sports leagues and the NCAA appealed Judge Sleet’s decision, as said by Associated Press. The leagues filed a notice of appeal with the court on Friday, two days after their appeal for a first restriction was declined.
