Cryptologic teaming up with Realex Payments

Cryptologic has penned a three year contract with Realex Payments to support its card processing requirements throughout an increasing customer platform.
Realex Payments was established in 2000 by esteemed industrialist Colm Lyon and has more than 3,500 customers throughout Europe. The AA, Virgin Atlantic, Vodafone and Aer Lingus, and a number of major gaming companies such as Party Poker are included in the list of their client.
Realex Payments is going to fulfill the online gambling software company’s demand to offer augmented functionality and further capability, a spokesperson revealed. The agreement sees Realex Payments offering payment processing for Cryptologic across a wide range of currencies, regions and card types, serving as a gateway service to its card acquiring associates.
Kieron Nolan, Director of Treasury at Cryptologic, commented: “Even though we had a very tight due date and a very long wish list of exact requirements, Realex was able to put the solution into practice swiftly and professionally, meeting our needs in the timeframe required.
