London is ready to turn itself into the Mecca of the poker world in September as in overload of 70 tournaments arrive to town providing players with a prize pool of more than 10 million pounds.
The excitement starts from August 30 with the London stop of the World Poker Tour andon September 11, The English Poker Open will kick off whilst the 15-day World Series Of Poker Europe tournament is going to kick off on September 14 from the Casino At The Empire in Leicester Square.
That is not all. The 4th edition of the 2-day Poker In The Park festival is going to be held from September 2 at London’s Leicester Square. In this event, 20,000 participants are estimated to take part whilst there are going to be an extra 30 small buy-in events going on during a dozen taking part London card rooms throughout the month.
