USA violating WTO regulation in online gambling case

According to Dow Jones business news service, the 27 nation European Union trade bloc has revealed the completion of its 12 month investigation into US anti-online gambling practices, came to the conclusion that the US government is defaulting global trade regulation.
The examination was taken on at the request of major European gambling groups working through the Remote Gaming Association, which argued that US regulations and enforcement practices discriminated in opposition to European online gambling businesses and individuals and were violating World Trade Organization regulations.
The result is an additional setback for the Americans, who have lost a progression of arguments brought in opposition to them by the Antigua and Barbuda government in the WTO rooted in US anti-online gambling laws.
