Europe putting its efforts to convince U.S. to adjust the online gambling regulation

The European Commission stays tackling to solve the problem regarding online gambling with the U.S. after declaring that the U.S. law prohibiting online gambling, together with the authorized pursuit of European internet gambling operators was illegitimate. As said by European Commission, a lawful action via the World Trade Commission stays achievable, even though Europe would like to see the new U.S. administration adjust the differences outside international courts. "It is for the US to decide how best to control internet gambling in its market, but this have to be conducted in a way that completely respects WTO responsibilities," EU trade commissioner Lady Ashton was quoted, which obviously covers the real issue - online gambling protectionism.
